Craft Night: DIY Halloween Decorations!

Using cardboard cutouts and paint, we will make our own DIY cat-themed Halloween decorations. These are great for taping onto the insides of windows, walls, or displaying in an outdoor area to help amplify the spooky vibes of your neighborhood. All guests must be at least 8 years old. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also participating.

LB Bookworms Silent Reading Party

Hang out with cats and read in community with fellow book lovers. 1 hour reading and 1 hour to socialize and chat. 100% of funds raised will be donated to our cat rescue partner TippedEars. Participation is limited to 22 for space purposes. Attendees must be old enough to independently silently read for an hour (age 10+ suggested). All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

PAINT & PURR with SLOW MATTER STUDIO

Paint locally made pottery with instruction from 4th Street neighbor, Slow Matter Studio, on Saturday October 17th from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Slow Matter will make cat dishes for everyone to paint (or regular cups if you prefer that!). While you paint, our cats will be let loose in the store. Space is limited to 16 people. All materials will be provided. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian attend with them and be able to paint independently without supervision (suggested for age 8 and up).
