Artist Bio: My name is Brittany Shores and I live in Anaheim with my black cat, Fidget and my orange cat, Tangie. I chose Nami who has been in foster care for over 7 months and has a cute squinty right eye. This piece took me over 80 hours to hand embroider, using 24 different colors to get the fur just right, and I used real cat whiskers (thanks to my cats for leaving them on the floor for me over the years).
